Gasparini Industries’ participation in the Sustainability Week, organised by Confindustria Veneto Est, was an important opportunity to deepen the company’s commitment to sustainable and responsible management. During the event, we had the opportunity to compare ourselves with other companies, exchange good practices and reflect on the challenges and opportunities related to sustainability.
Gasparini Industries’ commitment to sustainability has always been strong, and participation in this initiative confirmed our desire to reduce our environmental impact, promote social and economic wellbeing and adopt a business model that is more attentive to environmental and social aspects.
During Sustainability Week, we had the opportunity to participate in seminars, meetings and workshops that addressed key sustainability topics, including environmental, social and corporate governance issues. One of the central themes of the event was the involvement of stakeholders in corporate governance. Gasparini Industries recognises the importance of actively involving its stakeholders in the decision-making process and implementation of company policies. Through transparent and accountable governance, we aim to create value not only for the company, but also for society as a whole.
Another crucial theme was ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) governance, which emphasises the importance of integrating environmental, social and governance considerations into business decisions.
