Main features
This 330/4000 is equipped with the wedge crowning system with microregulation and the E-Reflex deformation compensation system, which monitors the bending of the structure via a network of sensors in the press brake and hydraulic system. The error is measured and compared with the crosshead position and oil pressure.
CNC and software offline
The CNC is the Delem DA-66S, with Delem Profile Lite SL 2D offline software.

The device is applied on a mobile console.
Safety system
The DSP-AP laser safety system with PLC allows the speed change point to be reduced by up to 4 mm from the sheet. This allows the upper beam to operate at high speed for longer, limiting the stretch where speed slows during the bending sequence to a minimum. The time advantage over a light curtain or other guarding is approximately 1.2 seconds per bend. In addition, the DSP-AP laser includes an auto-blanking function, which automatically recognises boxes and profiles with side walls, ensuring optimal protection and increased productivity.
Clamping system
The upper and lower clamping systems are hydraulic.
The lower clamping also allows the use of Promecam tools (60 mm) and Wila dies (13×20).
Backgauge
The backgauge is configured on 6 axes (X-R-Z1-Z2-X5-X6) fully controlled by the CNC, with an additional stop for precision positioning.
The system also features an increased X-axis stroke of 800 mm (with a 1000 mm support surface).
Front sheet lifter
This press brake is equipped with a front sheet lifter. This is a movable sheet metal support placed at the front of the machine, at the height of the bending line (lower tool). Controlled by the CNC, it supports the sheet metal during the bending process.
