Press brake 165/3000 for NV Allestimenti srl

For NV Allestimenti srl - a leading company in the design and realisation of set-ups for events, exhibitions, TV and theatre shows - we designed and built a hydraulic press brake with a capacity of 165 tonnes and a table length of 3100 mm.

Main technical features

NV Allestimenti’s press brake features the SuperCustom Design and was designed with an open-height of 700 mm and Y-axis stroke of 300 mm.

The customer opted for the integration of the Gasparini Adaptive Crowning System and the E-Reflex Deformation Compensation System. This combination allows the machine to achieve excellent quality standards. The use of these technologies allows for superior accuracy and consistent repeatability in bended parts.

Backgauge

The backgauge has 5 CNC-controlled axes (X-R-Z1-Z2-X6).

The Backgauge rear reference system consists of a one-piece structure, moving on recirculating ball linear guides, with hardened and ground rack and pinion drive.

Retractile back supports

Two retractile back supports were added in the rear register, equipped with polyethylene profiles, capable of supporting even the thinnest sheets without scratching the surfaces.

Backgauge

The backgauge has 5 CNC-controlled axes (X-R-Z1-Z2-X6).

Upper clamping system

The upper clamping system is a pneumatic Gasparini AirSlide type, 300 mm high for European type tools.

An innovative compressed air distribution system allows them to be moved along the entire length of the beam in any position, without connecting pipes and without tools. They can be removed or added in any combination, without air leakage. They are also self-aligning: the punches are lifted and brought into position.

Lower clamping system

The lower locking system is manual.
