Main features
This press brake is equipped with the automatic hydraulic crowning system and the E-Reflex deformation compensation system.
The E-Reflex system monitors the bending of the structure via a network of sensors in the press brake and hydraulics. The error is measured and compared with the crosshead position and oil pressure. We can thus calculate the actual height at which the punch is located, irrespective of deformations.
CNC and offline Software
The CNC is the Delem DA-66S, with Delem Profile Lite SL 2D offline software.

The hardened hydraulic clamping with micro-adjustment for Wila tools was chosen for the upper part of the machine.
Likewise, the lower clamping is also of the hardened hydraulic type for Wila tools.

The backgauge is 5-axis (X-R-Z1-Z2-X6) CNC-controlled, and has an additional stop on a reference.
