Main technical features
This press brake is characterised by the Easy Design and was designed with a 500 mm open-height and 300 mm Y-axis stroke.
The customer chose to integrate the Gasparini Adaptive Crowning System and the E-Reflex Deformation Compensation System. Thanks to this choice, the machine guarantees very high quality results. With the help of these technologies, exceptional precision and constant repeatability of the bent parts are achieved.
CNC and software
The CNC is a Delem DA-66T type:

Backgauge
The backgauge is 4-axis (X-R-Z1-Z2) CNC-controlled, and has an additional stop on a backgauge reference.
The rear references have an integrated anti-collision safety device. The device releases them in the event of violent shocks that could damage them or even cause them to lose their correct position. In this case, the operator can put the references back in their seat quickly and easily.
Clamping system
The upper clamping is applied directly on the beam, without tool adapters. The lower one is a pneumatic Gasparini type.
