High speed package for large volumes
The high speed package for guillotine shears has been specifically designed for cutting small pieces in quick succession, or in high-speed automated cutting lines, with rapid and/or quick, sequential cuts. The blade speed is improved, ensuring higher final productivity. The package includes an oversized hydraulic circuit, with a larger pump and motor.
Heat exchanger for hot climates and robotic cells
A heat exchanger for hydraulic oil is recommended for shears with intensive use, like within automated cutting lines, and for tropical environmental conditions. When working in high temperature settings, the electrical cabinet can also be equipped with an air conditioning system.
On the other hand, in case of cold climates, an optional oil-heating element can be added in order to quickly bring the oil to optimal working temperature.
