A day of team spirit and creativity
Team Building: Carton Boat
Last week, our team had a truly unique and memorable experience with the Team Building activity ‘Carton Boat’.
Organised in collaboration with Performando, the event was a challenge as fun as it was stimulating: building boats out of cardboard and putting them to the test in a real regatta.
The goal was clear: ‘see beyond your limits’ and use teamwork, communication and planning as winning weapons. Divided into small groups, the participants worked together to design and build boats out of simple and seemingly fragile materials such as cardboard.
